At Pottstown Home Remodel + Additions, our team is composed of dedicated professionals who
bring diverse skills, experiences, and passions to every project. Get to know the individuals who
make up our team:

Clark Kirkpatrick

General Manager

Clark leads our team with expertise and vision, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. After growing up in the Downingtown area, he graduated from the Virginia Military Institute, then worked as a teacher and an analyst in the financial field. He started several businesses before hitting his stride in the construction industry, starting by working as a self-employed handyman on what would become Pottstown Home Remodel +Additions over the following years. Outside of work, Clark enjoys spending time with his family and tinkering in his workshop.

Nelson Montgomery

Project Manager

Nelson brings a wealth of experience and a strong work ethic to his role as Project Manager. Born in California and raised in Ambler, PA, Nelson attended Valley Forge Military Academy for high school,
followed by Lycoming college and Frostburg State University. Nelson spent years working as a math and science teacher, in property management, and running his own painting company. He is a devoted family man, married with three boys and two grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, motorcycles, boating, camping, gardening, and train collecting, alongside his beloved pets, typical cats, and dogs.

Jinkie Valles

Project Coordinator

Jinkie’s attention to detail and organizational skills make her an invaluable asset as our Project Coordinator. She spent years assisting clients and managing rental homes as a property manager. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, reading, and watching historical documentaries. Jinkie is a devoted mother to her son and shares her home with moggy cats. On weekends, she embraces nature through camping, hiking, river trekking, mountain biking, and traveling.

Yoli Kirkpatrick

Controller

Yoli is our meticulous and efficient administrative virtuoso, ensuring every detail is flawlessly
managed with precision and care. Yoli grew up in northern China, attended college in Shanghai and emigrated to the US after getting married. She works behind the scenes handling bookkeeping, financial reporting and projections, cash management and accounts payable. Outside of work, Yoli is a dedicated wife and mother, and enjoys trying new cuisine, either at home or in a restaurant.

Mark Renninger

Crew Leader

Mark’s leadership and dedication set the tone for our team’s success. He started building new
houses in 1985 in Florida, where his company framed hundreds of housing units. Later, he moved to Pennsylvania and continued building new houses and performing home remodel and repair work.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and playing golf.

Oscar Quinones

Crew Member

Oscar’s commitment to his work and his community is evident in everything he does. He started
working in the construction industry as a teenager in Puerto Rico, working with his stepfather
who was a building contractor. He worked with many different skilled tradesmen, gaining a wide variety of skills in different trades. In his free time, he enjoys visiting his mother and attending church.

Ed Kalish

Crew Member

Ed’s diverse interests and adventurous spirit make him a valuable member of our team. His
father was a carpenter, and after graduating from Colgate University, Ed went on to work in
various construction companies, often in leadership roles. When he’s not on the job, he can be
found playing guitar, kayaking, camping, hiking, backpacking, or even trying his hand at axe
throwing. Despite not having any pets, Ed finds fulfillment in nurturing his vegetable garden.
