At Pottstown Construction Company, our team is composed of dedicated professionals who bring diverse skills, experiences, and passions to every project. Get to know the individuals who make up our team:
Clark Kirkpatrick
General Manager
Clark leads our team with expertise and vision, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. After growing up in the Downingtown area, he graduated from the Virginia Military Institute, then worked as a teacher and an analyst in the financial field.
He started several businesses before hitting his stride in the construction industry, starting by working as a self-employed handyman on what would become Pottstown Construction Company over the following years. Outside of work, Clark enjoys spending time with his family and tinkering in his workshop.
John O'Boyle
Adviser
John grew up in Florida before attending Temple University. After graduating, he joined the US Marine Corps and served as a pilot. After leaving the Marines, he rebuilt a business that he started in high school, named J.O.B Design & Construction, which focused on designing and building both residential and commercial construction projects.
His company’s work ran the gamut, from new construction projects including the Ursinus College science laboratory to a Harley Davidson dealership in Texas, to custom homes in the mid-Atlantic region, to extensive renovation projects. His company also built several projects in Europe. With Pottstown Construction Company, John serves in an advisory role, as well as managing select projects, drawing from his 45+ years of industry experience.
Ed Kalish
Production Manager
Ed’s diverse interests and adventurous spirit make him a valuable member of our team. His father is a retired millwright who can measure work to exacting tolerances unfathomable to a carpenter. After graduating from Colgate University, Ed went on to work in various construction companies, often in leadership roles.
When he’s not on the job, he can be found playing guitar, kayaking, camping, hiking, backpacking, or even trying his hand at axe throwing. Despite not having any pets, Ed finds fulfillment in nurturing his vegetable garden.
Anthony Nucifora
Technician
He started carpentry at Technical High School Pickering in 2018 and obtained his first construction job during his senior year in 2021, working after academic classes. He primarily worked on kitchens and basements and completed several bathroom projects over the years. During a brief period in commercial construction, he mainly performed demolition work and built post-and-rail fences at Elmwood Park Zoo, with additional work completed at Lehigh Valley Zoo.
In his free time, he enjoys cooking, working out, spending time with friends and family, and helping with setup at his church.
Nick Donato
Technician
Nick began his career in construction in 2017, shortly after graduating from high school. With experience in both residential and commercial work, he has specialized in kitchens, bathrooms, and basements on the residential side, and has contributed to large-scale commercial projects including hospital builds and the Great Wolf Lodge.
Outside of work, Nick is a passionate sports fan who enjoys staying active and coaching a youth baseball team for players aged 13 and under. He’s also a proud dog dad to Griffin, a rescue pup he adopted in 2019.
Julie Lynn Andrew
Job Support
Throughout her career since 1990, she has held roles ranging from project management to design and served as Director of Sales and Marketing. Along the way, she was involved in land acquisition, guided parcels through the subdivision approval process, and worked as a purchasing manager.
In her personal time, she maintains a small farm, works in her gardens, cares for her property, and looks after her horses. She has been involved in equine rescue since the age of 15 and has competed with her horses at the national level in dressage, hunter jumper, and saddle seat. She also has two rescue dogs that she loves deeply and enjoys taking them hiking.
Luis Lazo
Shop Manager
He started in construction in 2017 and has been in the field since then. After spending a few years driving trucks, he returned to construction in 2021 and has continued working in the industry. He has experience in both commercial and residential construction.
Most of his work has been based in Manhattan, New York City, focusing on high-end residential apartments. On the commercial side, he worked on several office projects in Brooklyn and two malls in New Jersey, though the majority of his experience has been in residential construction.
Outside of work, he enjoys working on cars and going on hikes with his dog, Nova.
Yoli Kirkpatrick
Controller
Yoli is our meticulous and efficient administrative virtuoso, ensuring every detail is flawlessly managed with precision and care. Yoli grew up in northern China, attended college in Shanghai and emigrated to the US after getting married.
She works behind the scenes handling bookkeeping, financial reporting and projections, cash management and accounts payable. Outside of work, Yoli is a dedicated wife and mother, and enjoys trying new cuisine, either at home or in a restaurant.
Jinkie Valles
Office Manager
Jinkie’s attention to detail and organizational skills make her an invaluable asset as our Project Coordinator. She spent years assisting clients and managing rental homes as a property manager. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, reading, and watching historical documentaries.
Jinkie is a devoted mother to her son and shares her home with moggy cats. On weekends, she embraces nature through camping, hiking, river trekking, mountain biking, and traveling.

Designer
Juliane’s enthusiasm for space planning and design conceptualization makes her a valuable member of the team as our Designer. With a bachelor’s degree in architecture, she has spent the recent years handling and assisting with various architectural and interior design projects, often focusing on residential and commercial spaces.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking local cuisines, listening to podcasts, watching sitcoms, and spending time with her family in her hometown.
Rizalyn Maas
Marketing Specialist
